·        Managed major retreat events, including working with graphics staff to produce print and online promotional materials, setting up online registration, communications, speaker coordination / hospitality, team building exercise facilitation, volunteer coordination, and retreat location logistics. 
·        Replaced a single location Bible study with multi-site seven study groups to provide closer relationships and more options; wrote the curriculum using web links for deeper study options.

·          Established structure and order to an existing program that enabled it to grow from 40 to 100+ participants.
·          Coordinated the daily operations that involved supervision of the Tulsa Public School lunch program, making arrangements for and supervising field trips.
·          Interacted with media to present the program in the best light.
·          Developed a character education program and executed a character-based discipline program for elementary children.
·          Received a joint citation for my work at Sumer KIDS from Oklahoma Gov. Keating, Rep. Hopper Smith, and Secretary of Education Floyd Coppedge.
