8.21 I have often wondered about the washing the etnrails and legs. The New Bible Commentary suggests is was to wash the excrement off, but it still gets me wondering.
8.28 and offering made by fire to the LORD... The fire part seems to be an important distinction here.
8.35 for so I have been commanded... I like this focus Moses had here on just being the messenger.
