5-14 God is overwhelming. (Interestingly enough, even over the Babylonian god Rahab in verse 12)

1-6 I will not stop holding my righteousness.
7-12 What is the hope of the Godless when judgement comes?
13-23 Thought he prosper for a while, the wicked will eventually be judged.
